Jumpsuits & Rompers
In the spring and summertime, my favorite closet staples are always rompers and jumpsuits. They are so simple to throw on for an instant, on-trend outfit, plus they are a packing savior for summer vacations and getaways. I have already showcased a few jumpsuits on my blog for this coming year, one reason being that I find them much easier to wear than a dress or a skirt. A lot of people will disagree with that, but personally, I always worry about something showing that I would rather keep covered up, and with a romper or jumpsuit I am happily carefree!
This creamy-pink number is from Gamiss, and totally up my ally in terms of style and texture. It is flow-y and wide-legged, and a chiffon-like material that perfectly catches the breeze. In an area where it does not get very warm, this is an excellent spring and summer staple to throw on when the sun is shining but the temperature is not quite balmy. I am obsessed with this shade of pink, and it is still everywhere to be seen after the rose quartz mania in 2016.
I paired this with a cropped vest from Chloe & Katie (see how I styled this in here as well!), a simple leather belt from Urban Outfitters, and my trusty black mules from New Look. Let me know what you think in the comments!
