When You’re Feeling Spendy | Gift Guide for Her

When You're Feeling Spendy

gift guide for her

On the hunt for that perfect gift? Check out my top suggestions for what to pick up this shopping season, and don’t forget to grab something for yourself!

For The Stocking

I will always be an Essie fan, but Smith & Cult is my favorite luxury nail polish brand. The packaging is stunning, and these little bottles make excellent stocking stuffers. Pick up a three-pack for that girl who always has a lacquer on her nails!

For The Instagramer

If you want to put some money into a tech toy that is not apple-associated, I highly recommend picking up an Olympus Pen E-PL7 or E-PL8 for the Instagram-obsessive people on your list. It may be small and lightweight, but this little camera takes amazing photos and is an absolute breeze to use. Plus, the retro-design is completely adorable. This is one of the best investments I have ever made for my blog and Instagram accounts and would certainly be a huge hit under the tree!

For the fragrance fanatic

If you missed my post on my favorite fall and winter fragrances, you should know that I am a complete fragrance addict. I love giving and receiving perfumes at the holidays, and the Byredo line simply never disappoints. If you have an idea of what fragrances your intended recipient prefers, this is one of the brands that will look amazing on a bedside table, and smell equally as beautiful.

For Your Special Someone

If you know your gal loves jewelry, you need to consider a piece from Monica Vinader. These quality designs are minimal, but easy to style and layer for a custom look. My personal favorites are the rings, but the delicate necklaces and bracelets are stunning. These trendy items are sure to dazzle and are generally at an excellent price-point.

For Yourself

I love giving and finding scented candles under the tree; however, the trick is finding the best packaging and scent combo for your intended recipient. One of my favorite brands has always been PF Candle Co., and I personally think that they have an excellent collection of fall and winter candles. An old favorite has always been Amber & Moss, but definitely, check out Teakwood & Tobacco for the winter months! Pick one up for the homeware lover on your list.

For The Lipstick Addict

If there is a time to pick up the “it” red lipstick, the answer is certainly during the holiday season! The finish of these YSL vinyl lip stains is ultra-sexy, and an excellent bang for your buck. The initial application is true to its name and is glossy with a slight latex effect. As the day goes on, it turns into a lip stain that lasts all day. This always makes me feel like a million bucks, and is a great option for your Christmas party makeup looks!

I have to say, I am rather tempted by the Olympus Pen. I use a big Canon 750d but that compact design just really pulls me in, especially for on the go! Do you use it for your main blog photography or own a different camera for those shots? I’d be really interested to know 🙂
